Terms & Conditions

Placing an order with Chicaholic subjects you to an agreement with our terms and conditions as stated below. All buyers are advised to read through all terms before placing an order. Once orders are placed, it is considered a confirmed order and no changes or cancellations will be entertained.

1. All items are brand new (unless stated, i.e. Pre-Loved)
2. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
3. All items are subject to stock availability by our supplier. Therefore, please inquire with us if a particular item is in stock before placing your orders.
4. All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges or stock returns are allowed.
5. We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged shipment as all inspections have been made before shipment.
6. We will not be responsible for any delay of shipment as the delivery process is not within our control.
7. Once shipment is made, you will be given the trace number for your tracking convenience.
8. We at Chicaholic will do our very best to ensure shipping procedes flawlessly. However, Chicaholic will not be held liable for late delivery or lost goods once goods have been shipped.
9. Color(s) and/or opacity of clothes may vary slightly due to lighting.
10. All measurements details are given by our suppliers and may vary 1-3cm due to factors such as measurement methods, cutting, materials, designs & body sizes.
11. Postage of items will be made at 12:00 p.m. on Friday every week.
12. Full payment is to be made before delivery.
13. Once we have confirmed your orders, an email will be sent to you confirming your orders along with the bank account details to make the payment to.

Shipping T&C

All orders must be confirmed weekly by Wednesday 9:00 pm and will be posted out by Friday 12:00 pm. 

Orders placed after said time will be posted the following Friday at 12:00 pm.

Charges

West Malaysia : RM 6 [1-2pcs] additional RM1/pc

East Malaysia : RM 9 [1-2pcs] additional RM1/pc
*Charges for bags varies depending on weight of item

Cash on Delivery (COD) 

**A fee of RM3 will be charged**
